About Elaine Hayward
My story...... I have only taken up painting in the last four years and I began using oils and acrylics, the oils took too long to dry, so acrylics were my chosen medium. After unexpected open heart surgery a couple of years ago to remove a tumour I was yearning to paint so I did finger painting on my iPad in my hospital bed. Once home I was still unable to lift my arms up to paint so I bought myself a iPad Pro and Apple Pencil. I became addicted to painting digitally whilst attempting to make it look like it was painted using traditional methods.
